I take this as a privilege to welcome all of you to the first private residential flying academy of Bangladesh, Galaxy Flying Academy (GFA).  This academy was established in 2008. We have planned to reshape the academy with a new look. Academy head office is situated to a very attractive location at our own space at Jasimuddin Avenue Uttara, Dhaka. As it is very close to the airport and a nice view of the northern part of the runway of Dhaka International Airport.

We have established a beautiful ground school at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka where all our ground classes will be conducted there.  Our flying training is continuing from the home of flying training at Shah Mokhdum Airport, Rajshahi. We have reorganized our ground classes, flying operations, and engineering team with very experienced flying and ground instructors and aviation engineers and technicians. We have five Cessna training aircraft (C-152 and C172R) that are always ready to take the students for training purposes.

 

Flying is a dream and also a passion which is proved to be a lucrative career worldwide.  The GFA was established with the primary aim of imparting flight training to aspiring students. Committed to excellence, our objective is to provide world-class training to such students who dream to reach the sky and want to take flying as a career. GFA wants to encompass other aviation related training as well such as aircraft maintenance engineering, Cabin crew training, other aviation studies, etc. Our quest for excellence is backed with sound facilities, dedicated personnel, and CAAB qualified instructors. We assure you that GFA will be a center of excellence in learning, teaching and developing aviation leaders. One of our aims is to gain recognition nationally and internationally and attract brilliant students from all parts of the world.  A good number of students have already passed out with commercial pilot license certificate from this academy and are working in the leading airlines of Bangladesh and aboard.   The sense of achievement on their faces clearly states our mission “Be a pilot with us”.
